To pro-actively provide support to the UK business in order to maximise the sales of mobile handsets, Tablets and Accessories to the UK channel. To support the professional management of existing accounts, whilst, identifying, targeting and implementing strategies and processes to help align the organization’s goals aiding professional deliverance of all our products and services to our customers. To promote the products, services and image of PCS Wireless UK Ltd to the industry.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Pro-actively sell PCS Wireless’s portfolio of products.
Identify, target and support the sell into new accounts.
Produce any sales, customer or competitor information reports as required by the line manager.
Support customer account set ups.
Liaise in a professional manner with other internal departments.
Courier Liaison and local POC
Primary POC for account management team working remotely
Secondary POC for customers if AM is unavailable.
To assist with general team administration, as agreed with your line manager.
In summary, the Sales Support Executive will manage administrative needs outside of the norm for the team, thereby helping the team hit their revenue targets.
