In order to take advantage of our SRA (sales return authorization) program please review the following guidelines prior to proceeding with your return.
1. The product(s) must be in its original condition, with all original packaging in tact as it has been shipped to you.
2. The product(s) must be returned containing all components that have been shipped to you, including all accessories, collateral, and barcodes, etc. in their original packaging.
3. The product(s) must be unused if you are returning it for credit and/or exchange.
4. The product(s) must have been purchased from PCS Wireless, Inc. no more than 7 days from the day of receipt.
5. The product(s) must be shipped back to PCS Wireless, Inc. with the SRA form and SRA number as it will be provided to you upon acceptance of your claim.
